Today I had the exciting opportunity to put some of my work into a new local shop - Northern Lights, Redcar.
Northern Lights is based in The Hub at Redcar and will be officially opening in the next few weeks. The shop is going to be ran by the local artists/crafter who sell there wares within the shop and once the shop is open you will have the chance to see them making there creations whilst they are working in the shop. I am one of ten artist/crafters who will be taking part in this new exciting project.
Here's a few snapshots from today's display, I will hopefully be putting lots more work in here over the next few weeks so I will keep you posted with anymore progress, and an official opening date (once it has been confirmed).

*NEW* Work
Now that the Christmas season is done and dusted and spring is slowly but surely on its way I have been busy in the work room sewing up lots of new designs ready for my Spring/Summer collection. This week I have been making one of my best selling items- BUNTING!
Here's a little sneak preview of some I have created so far... lots more to go but just had to share.

P.S. Please note the vintage touch to this image I am now the proud owner of a swanky new Iphone ( going up in the world of technology!) so have been religiously snapping away using the Instagam app ( a must for all budding photographers) many more Instagram images to come! I love the retro feel this app gives all images.

Goodbye January! Hello February!
So the January blues are now over as we step in February today- Lots of new and exciting things going on over at Boutique-A.
I recently had a little break away for a few days and whilst on my jollys I came across some lovely craft shops and managed to stock up on some gorgeous new fabrics.

what do you think?
I went a little crazy and bought more than what I needed but I just couldn't resist the unusual designs the shop had to offer.
Now I have enough fabric to keep me busy for a while I just need to think of what to make next- all ideas welcome.
Today I also took the plunge and published my new Facebook page so why not pop along and pay us a visit at- Boutique A or follow this link http://www.facebook.com/BoutiqueA
